1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using phejoy — whether through the website at phejoy.net or any associated mobile interface — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with phejoy's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These terms apply to all services offered by phejoy, including but not limited to online slots, live casino, bingo, fishing games, sports betting, and all promotional programmes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Philippine law. phejoy operates under a PAGCOR license, and all disputes arising from the use of the platform are subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts and regulatory bodies.

phejoy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this document and, where the changes are material, notify registered players via the email address on file or through an in-platform announcement. Continued use of phejoy after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on phejoy, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as prescribed by PAGCOR regulations. phejoy will not knowingly allow any person under the age of 21 to register, play, or receive any bonus or payout.
• You are physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing phejoy is lawful.
• You are registering as an individual and for personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of another person, a corporate entity, or any third party.
• You have not been self-excluded from phejoy or excluded by any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform in the Philippines.
• You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. phejoy will perform identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Each individual may hold only one phejoy account. Operating multiple accounts — regardless of the device, browser, GCash number, or payment method used — is prohibited. Accounts identified as duplicates will be closed, and any bonus funds or pending winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be voided at phejoy's discretion.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your phejoy account. This includes all bets placed, transactions initiated, and any communications sent through the platform under your credentials. You must keep your password confidential and must not share your login details with any other person, including members of your household.

phejoy will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any unsolicited request for your credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phejoy support immediately at [email protected].

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact phejoy's 24/7 support team immediately. phejoy will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification, but cannot accept liability for losses that occurred prior to us receiving your report.

phejoy reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, violation of these terms, or any activity that may be harmful to the platform or its other players.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on phejoy are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly and reflected in your phejoy wallet in real time.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in compliance with standard anti-money laundering procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the phejoy finance team and are typically processed within one to three Philippine business days, subject to successful KYC completion.

phejoy does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transfer fees. phejoy is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

Funds deposited into your phejoy account must be used for gaming purposes. phejoy is not a financial institution and does not offer interest on player balances. Players must not use the phejoy platform to store funds without the intent to play — accounts showing patterns of deposit-and-immediate-withdrawal without gameplay may be reviewed and restricted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phejoy offers various bonuses and promotional programmes to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion in the phejoy promotions tab. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

General bonus rules that apply unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully completed.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. The exact multiplier for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion description.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino games may contribute 10%–20%.
• phejoy reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional errors.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• phejoy reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or expire any bonus programme at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

All casino games available on phejoy use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. Live casino games use physical dealing equipment and real dealers operating in certified studio environments. phejoy does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Game-specific rules — including paytables, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, side bet rules, and jackpot conditions — are displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before wagering. phejoy accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session, phejoy will make every reasonable effort to reconstruct the affected round from server logs. Where reconstruction is possible and the outcome is clear, the verified result will stand. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's account.

All bets placed on phejoy are final once confirmed by the system. Players may not cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted and the game round has commenced.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phejoy and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent ban, as well as reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities where required:

• Fraud and Cheating: Any attempt to defraud phejoy or other players through collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in ways not intended for human players.
• Money Laundering: Using phejoy to process, transfer, or conceal funds of criminal origin. phejoy is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on any deposit made to phejoy through your bank or e-wallet provider. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and will result in account closure and recovery of any amounts disputed.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Impersonation: Registering under another person's identity, using another person's payment method without authorisation, or misrepresenting your identity in any way during the registration or KYC process.

8. Responsible Gaming

phejoy is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, phejoy is required to provide players with tools to manage their gambling behaviour. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered phejoy players from within their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or session terminations after a defined period of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break from the platform for a defined number of days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from phejoy. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications showing your net session result to help you stay aware of your gambling activity.

If you believe your gambling is no longer recreational and may be causing harm, phejoy strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool and to seek support. Please remember: gambling is for entertainment purposes only, and phejoy is a 21+ platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on phejoy — including but not limited to the phejoy brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the proprietary property of phejoy or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phejoy platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any phejoy content without prior written authorisation.

10. Privacy and Data

phejoy collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). The full details of how phejoy handles your personal information are set out in the phejoy Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering on phejoy, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have opted in). You may withdraw marketing consent at any time from your account settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phejoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, or service interruption.

phejoy's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phejoy does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency security responses, or events beyond phejoy's reasonable control (including natural disasters, government orders, or internet service disruptions) may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.

12. Amendments to These Terms

phejoy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When amendments are made, the updated document will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, phejoy will notify registered players at least seven days in advance via their registered email address or through an in-platform notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree to any updated version of these Terms, you must stop using phejoy and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected]. Continued use of phejoy following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
